We all take the driverless underground train and don’t bother to think that in just two clicks the officials can increase the number of trains, observe and listen to what is happening within each coach and check the log book on the spur of the moment.
Again, what I found very interesting in this article of ordinateur individuel is that beneath the seats within each coach are numerous computers that are networked to different application servers that control the opening of the doors, its closing, the video and ventilation systems.

IT providers and the disaster in Haiti
The entire infrastructure of Haitel was destroyed during the last natural disaster but technology played a decisive role in the desire to keep the national IT network in order. Skype was the first technology, followed by the services of Télécom sans frontière that created a call center in four minutes backed with a subscription to the services of Eutelsat. The not -for-proft, Casques Rouges used Emergesat in cooperation with the French Thales and the Interantional Telecommunications Union provided a mobile cellular station capable of making 130 calls.
